Hi, I’m Jenny, an English writing instructor who teaches with structure, clarity, and encouragement. My goal is to help students build strong writing skills through proven methods, personal guidance, and meaningful practice.
I teach using the approach developed by Andrew Pudewa of the Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW). I have 6 years of experience working with this program tutoring my own children through it as well as other students, and 10 years overall experience tutoring children. What is the Institute for Excellence in Writing?
The Institute for Excellence in Writing, commonly known as IEW, is an educational organization that provides writing curricula, teacher training, and teaching methods designed to help students become clear, competent, and confident communicators. IEW is especially well known for its step-by-step approach to teaching writing structure and style.
